As a Backend Developer, you will be instrumental in refining and do the go live our Consumption API, which serves as a critical interface for accessing our comprehensive data solutions built on Databricks and Delta tables. You will also redesign and get go live with Metadata API which servers an internal project for resources data and reusability. Need of creating validation API to ensure data entered in our Marketplace offering is correct before fulfilling request. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our API meets the evolving needs of our stakeholders, enabling seamless data integration and empowering data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable and robust APIs and automations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Embrace a culture of automation to enhance efficiency and reliability
Ensure thorough documentation
Leverage Cloud solutions (especially Azure) to build and deploy services
Advanced proficiency in:
Cloud architecture and design patterns
Code management tools (Git / GitHub / Azure DevOps)
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
Developing backend services and APIs in C# or PythonRequirements
Experience in backend development with a focus on C#
Azure Cloud experience Desired Experience
Advanced knowledge of .NET Core and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of Reflection and Generics in C#.
Experience with unit testing frameworks, particularly xUnit.
Familiarity with Databricks API.
Experience in developing and maintaining APIs that interact with data solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
